  My son & I were on our own for dinner and he wasn't much help deciding what to get so I thought of Big Burger by CSU Dominguez. Not much of a parking lot and a ton of lousy drivers in the neighborhood but I rolled the dice and called in an order. Bingo, lot was open but one of those crappy drivers almost hit me pulling out without looking from 7-11. Then they had the nerve to mad dog me! Oooo the thoughts running through my mind.
  
  What's great about this place is they serve genuine burgers, well seasoned like the ones I grew up eating in the midtown/Crenshaw Square area. Really soulful burgers. I went with the Big Burger loaded & my son got the Collossal (Yeah that's how they spell it there)Burger w/pastrami in it. Added a side of fries & onion rings as well. Both sides were fried just right in fresh oil avoiding that nasty aftertaste you get at places too cheap or lazy to change it. The burgers hit the spot and left me in a great mood for whatever else the evening holds. Thumbs up Big Burger. If only my last trip to Mo Betta on Crenshaw had been nearly as satisfying as this.

  I placed my order and the gentleman proceeded to pick up the pen, and pad to write my order, he then punched something onto the keypad of the cash register.
  Afterwards he toss 2 patties onto the grill.
  I called him over and asked " Shouldn't you wash your hands prior to touching food"? He respond by picking up a filthy, dirty towel to show me, as he said "I wiped my hands on this towel".
  I assumed the establishment had changed ownership, so I asked the young lady, she pretended as if she could not understand the English language.
  I gentleman I usually see in the eatery came up and asked what happened. I explained to him what transpired with the cook and myself.
  he said something to him in Spanish, and handed him another towel.
  This is an example where cooks should wear gloves at all times when handling food items, and wash their hands constantly.
  I have been patronizing The Big Burger since 2017, but this is my last visit. Hey , Kudos to In and Out Burger is coming soon to Carson, CA.

  Turkey burger is amazing! Best I ever had and the combo was very reasonable. The taste is like never before

  Best burgers south of the 105 period. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Take a drive to carson and experience whatever your heart desires in the burger world.  Turkey burgers are amazing. Choose your party size and don't forget the fries.  Been loyal to this place for years

  Forget the food, I found a big piece of plastic in the chili cheese fries!! What the hell?!??
  
  The food was average, and the chili cheese fries (before finding trash in it) were overall gross.
